How do I contact you with questions, comments or a gallery link to a layout I've used your products in?
You can send an email to fernlili@fernlilis.com.  I will return your email as soon as possible, usually within two business days. I appreciate all kinds of questions and comments, and will try to help you the best way I can.

How do I make a purchase?
Click on "Emporium" link in the top menu to get to the shop.  Once in the Emporium, use the links to navigate the shop.   To purchase an item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" icon, found on the 'more info' pop-up page.

What type of payment do you accept?
I accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and PayPal payments.  Transactions are through PayPal, but no PayPal account is required.  When you click "Confirm order" you will be redirected to PayPal's secure web site where you will have the option to choose between credit card and PayPal.

How do I download the files?
When you have completed your payment at PayPal's site, you will be redirected back to the shop.   Once I get confirmation from PayPal of your order, I will send you the download links via YouSendIt, usually within 24 to 48 hours.  Each link will be available for 7 days.

Can I use your products for commercial use?
All my products are for personal, non-commercial use only.   But I will allow commercial use in some cases.  You will need to contact me, {fernlili@fernlilis.com} & there will be a commercial license fee.

Can I use your products to create a banner for my blog?
My products may be used to decorate personal blogs for non-commercial use. and cedit is always appreciated.
